Combined Commercial Australia provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to:
- General plumbing repairs and installations
- Hot water system installation and maintenance
- Blocked drain clearing
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Commercial fit-outs
- CCTV pipe inspections
- Emergency plumbing services
3. Booking and Scheduling
Service bookings can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours. Emergency services may be scheduled immediately based on availability.
- Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing includes:
- Fixed pricing for standard services where applicable
- Hourly rates for complex or time-based work
- Additional charges for materials, parts, and emergency callouts
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide warranties on our workmanship and installed products:
- 12 months workmanship guarantee on standard installations and repairs
- Extended warranties available on specific products (e.g., hot water systems)
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied parts and equipment
- Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
6. Liability and Insurance
Combined Commercial Australia is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to:
- Re-performing defective work at no additional charge
- Refunding payment for services not satisfactorily completed
- Coverage provided by our public liability insurance
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from customer negligence.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the required services
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Notify us of any hazardous materials or conditions
- Secure pets and remove obstacles from work areas
- Be present or arrange for authorized access during scheduled appointments
8. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency service is available for urgent plumbing issues. Emergency callout fees apply outside of regular business hours. We prioritize emergency calls based on severity and safety concerns.
9. Compliance and Licensing
All work is performed in accordance with Australian plumbing standards and building codes. We hold all necessary licenses and certifications required to operate in NSW and Australia-wide.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be referred to relevant industry bodies or legal mediation.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
